Where is your boutique located?

TOK Jewellers is located in Sydney’s CBD inside the St James Trust Building on 185 Elizabeth Street, which is opposite Hyde Park.

Can I visit the boutique?

Yes, you can Contact Us to make an appointment. We are open on Monday to Saturday by appointment.

Do you have an onsite diamond specialist, jeweller and valuer?

Yes. TOK Jewellers is owned and operated by a highly experienced family of specialists who are all onsite. Abraham is a GIA trained and certified Diamond Grader and Gemologist, as well as an NCJV accredited Valuer.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE express shipping Australia-wide with Australia Post on all online orders.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy for online orders?

TOK Jewellers will offer a refund or replacement if the item is deemed faulty. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

The following requirements must be met:

• The item/s are in their original condition and original packaging, ie. unworn and undamaged.
• Your order is returned to us within 14 days of delivery.
• Your Returns Form is completed with all of the details required.

Do I need to pay for the return shipping?

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We strongly recommend obtaining a copy of your return tracking details, as we do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

How do I measure my ring size?

Method 1: Measure an existing ring.

1. Find a ring that fits comfortably on the finger you intend to wear your new ring on.
2. Using a ruler or measuring tape, measure the internal diameter of the ring. To do this, ensure you are using a ruler with millimetre (mm) measurements, then place your ring on top of the ruler and measure the inside of the circle, ie. the part that is in contact with your finger.
3. Use our Ring Size Chart to convert your diameter measurement into the correct ring size.

Method 2: Measure your finger.

1. Cut a piece of string or paper to a length of 10 centimetres (cm).
2. Wrap the paper or string around your finger at the point where the ring should sit. Pull so that the string/paper fits comfortably around your finger.
3. Use a pen to mark the point where the end of the string or paper overlaps itself.
4. Lay the string or paper out against a ruler or tape measure and measure the length (mm) from its end to the point you have marked with pen.
5. This measurement will give you your finger circumference. Use it to find your size using our Ring Size Chart.
