Yes. TOK Jewellers is owned and operated by a highly experienced family of specialists who are all onsite. Abraham is a GIA trained and certified Diamond Grader and Gemologist, as well as an NCJV accredited Valuer.

Online Store Shipping

Yes, we offer FREE express shipping Australia-wide with Australia Post on all online orders.

Returns and Exchanges

TOK Jewellers will offer a refund or replacement if the item is deemed faulty. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

The following requirements must be met:

  • The item/s are in their original condition and original packaging, ie. unworn and undamaged.
  • Your order is returned to us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Your Returns Form is completed with all of the details required.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We strongly recommend obtaining a copy of your return tracking details, as we do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

All items are priced in AUD and are inclusive of GST.
