Warranty for Custom Orders

All purchases are final.

  • For custom made jewellery, TOK Jewellers will warrant the item for life. This does NOT cover accidental damage, wear-and-tear or abuse to the item. The item must be brought into TOK Jewellers for an annual safety inspection and cleaning service in order to maintain the lifetime warranty.
  • You are entitled to a replacement or repair if the item is deemed faulty.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally or accidentally damaged or misused.
  • Warranty is immediately void if the item is taken to another jeweller for maintenance or modifications.

In order to make a Warranty Claim during the Warranty Period, you must provide proof of purchase to TOK Jewellers showing the date of purchase, the price paid, along with a description of the issue. Written notice must be emailed to info@tokjewellers.com.au or mailed to TOK Jewellers at Level 8, Suite 811, 185 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW. 2000.

Where the Warranty Claim is accepted, then TOK Jewellers will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace any defective Products or part thereof with a new or remanufactured equivalent during the Warranty Period at no charge to you.

All custom orders must be paid and collected within 3 months of placing the order.

Warranty for Online Store Orders

All purchases are final.

All online store orders come with a one (1) year warranty. This does NOT cover accidental damage, wear-and-tear or abuse to the item.

You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if the item is deemed faulty.
