• Expiry: This card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
• Not for Cash: The gift card is not redeemable for cash.
• Purchases: The card can be used to purchase goods in store or online.
• Payment for Excess Amount: If a purchase exceeds the card's value, the customer must pay the difference with another payment method.
• No Change: No cash change is given for purchases made with the gift card. The gift card must be used in one transaction.
• Loss, Theft, and Security: You are responsible for the security of the card. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
• Resale: Gift cards cannot be resold.
• Returns: Gift cards cannot be returned.
• Delivery: Gift cards will be available for collection or delivery 24 hours after purchase. Gift cards can be collected in store, emailed digitally or express posted Australia-wide for $20.
